This urban festival is held in Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, from the Friday to the Sunday before April 12 each year (the anniversary of Takeda Shingen's death). Its main attraction is the Koshu Army Departure, a historical procession modeled after the Twenty-Four Generals of Takeda.
