Questions, bug reports and corrections to festival information are all welcome. We read everything.

Do I need an account?: No. Browsing, the map, the calendar, search, favourites and reminders all work without one. Signing in is needed only to add a festival or suggest a correction.
Where are my saved festivals kept?: On your device. They are erased if you delete the app.
Can I use the app in English?: Yes. It follows your device language on first launch, and you can change it any time under Profile → Language. Every festival name, description and travel note has an English version.
A festival has the wrong date, or is missing.: Please write to us at the address above and we will correct it. You can also suggest a change from the festival itself, using "Suggest a correction".
Why are the hotel and transport links in Japanese?: They go to Japanese booking sites, which is where the rooms actually are. We are working on English-language partners.
Is there an Android version?: Not yet. The app is on iOS today, and Android is planned.
