A danjiri festival held in Kishiwada, Osaka Prefecture. It takes place every September in the castle town of Kishiwada and its surroundings in the northwestern part of the city (an area known as Kyuishi), mainly at Kishiki Shrine, Kishiwada Tenjingu Shrine, and Yasaka Shrine (where the floats enter). Its highlight is the yarimawashi, in which danjiri (festival floats) are turned at speed.
