The Toyokoro Industrial Festival, held at the JA Toyokoro Multipurpose Plaza in Toyokoro, Hokkaido, from late September to early October, is a seasonal autumn event organized by the Toyokoro Industrial Festival Executive Committee. As an industrial festival where visitors can experience the richness of Toyokoro, blessed with sea and land, it is beloved by local residents. The highlights of the festival include bare-handed salmon catching, various street stalls, and sales of goods from sister cities, offering a variety of events to see, eat, and enjoy. The direct sale of autumn salmon from Otsu is especially popular; fresh salmon can be purchased at low prices, and it is so sought-after that it sells out every year by the morning. It is an event where visitors can fully enjoy the autumn flavors of Toyokoro.

The venue is the JA Toyokoro Multipurpose Plaza (Moiwa Honcho, Toyokoro). The nearest station is JR Toyokoro Station, about a 20-minute walk away. By car, it is along National Route 38, and parking is available.
