This is the annual festival of Fujisaki Hachimangu Shrine, located in Chuo Ward, Kumamoto City, Kumamoto Prefecture. It is held over five days, ending on the third Monday of September (Respect for the Aged Day). The climax of the festival is a dedicatory procession of zuihoi (attendants) and kazariuma (decorated horses) following a mikoshi (portable shrine).
