A summer festival held in Uozu, Toyama Prefecture, in which tatemom (tatemontate) — a large pillar about 16 metres tall with more than 90 lanterns hung in a triangular arrangement — are pulled through the streets. It is one of the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage "Yama, Hoko, Yatai" float festivals, and is also designated a nationally important intangible folk cultural property.
