The Takefu Kikuningyo festival is held every autumn at Takefu Chuo Park in Echizen City, Fukui Prefecture. In 2026 it will run for about one month, from October 9 to November 8, marking its 75th edition, organized by the Takefu Kikuningyo Matsuri Executive Committee. Admission is free. At the venue, kikuningyo (chrysanthemum dolls), chrysanthemum displays, the Kikurin Garden, and the Chrysanthemum Corridor are arranged, and in 2026 there will be exhibits themed on yokai and photo spots. The OSK Nippon Revue Company will perform the "Takefu Revue" at the Echizen City Cultural Center Main Hall, and visitors can also enjoy large playground equipment, a food court, and the Kikurin Market selling local specialty products. On Sundays, free shuttle buses run from Takefu Station and Takefu Shin Station.

There is free parking for about 1,200 cars. On Sundays, free shuttle buses run from Takefu Station on the Hapi-Line Fukui and Takefu Shin Station on the Fukui Railway Fukubu Line.
