A Tanabata festival held in Ogawa, Saitama Prefecture. It is distinguished by Tanabata decorations that make abundant use of Ogawa washi, a local paper for which Ogawa is known as a production area. It is a traditional summer festival in which five dashi floats, built between the Edo period and the Meiji period, are paraded through the streets.
