A procession of mikoshi (portable shrines) held along with the autumn grand festival of Kinkenshita Shrine in the Tsurugi district of Hakusan, Ishikawa Prefecture. Its original form is said to have begun about 800 years ago, and it is designated an intangible folk cultural property of Hakusan.

Getting there

Public transport: walk from Tsurugi Station on the Hokuriku Railroad Ishikawa Line. By car: 30 minutes south on National Route 157 from Hakusan IC.
