Held every year in May, it features the Omatsuri Parade starting from Kyomachi-suji and a grand mass dance by about 600 members of the Kobe City Women's Organizations Council, coloring the heart of the former foreign settlement. At the venues, performances take place on multiple stages including Higashi Yuenchi Park, in front of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, and in front of Kodomo no Hon no Mori, while the Kobe Settlement Jazz Stage resonates all day at the Chuo Ward Cultural Center. In addition, market areas set up in various places around the former foreign settlement feature food stalls and merchandise booths, and there are plenty of events for families to enjoy, such as sports experience corners at Higashi Yuenchi Park and TOTTEI PARK.
