Getting there
About 15 minutes by Iwate Kenkotsu bus from Morioka Station front (east exit bus terminal), get off at Babacho or Hachimangu-mae. By car, about 15 minutes from Morioka IC on the Tohoku Expressway; there is no free parking. On the day of the event, surrounding roads are subject to traffic restrictions, so use of public transportation is recommended.
